It was difficult work to remove the old faucet since it was rusted but he did a great job and now I have a new faucet that does not leak. Either he was going to dedicate the washer entirely or change the short circuit device at the panel. I chose the later and it works perfectly well providing the safety enforced at the time of construction of the property in 2016/17. Today I called 5 Star bc, once again, my 2 year old furnace stopped running. The customer service rep told me there was a service call charge! I told her I paid $25/month for service every month and I have NEVER had to pay anything extra! The robot on the phone just kept repeating herself. This is totally unacceptable business practice. When her furnace broke down, a technician from that same company came out and what they were saying did not make sense. Plus, the cost for repairs or a new furnace were ridiculously high. We called Five Star and Dylan came out the same day. He was able to get the furnace running for $185 versus $5200. What he was telling us made sense regarding additional repairs that would be needed. Based on all that was wrong with the furnace, Dylan and the management team worked on pricing for a new furnace. They were able to install it the very next day which gave my 88-year-old another piece of mind. Dylan was very trustworthy and kind to work with as well as his manager, Mark.Posted on Google

Fred was the tech guy who came out and couldn’t have been nicer. I live in a hundred year old home and been in it for 20 plus years. Never had the duct work properly cleaned out. The furnace is taking a beating from it. He showed me how dirty the fan was and the duct work. And some other potential problems down the line. Yes, I know businesses come out and try to tack on a lot of different problems to make more money, and yes I’m sure the business model for 5 Star is the same way. The difference is, Fred wasn’t pushy at all. Simply, showed me what they recommend and how much. No pressure. Long story short. I heeded some of his suggestions that I know was appropriate. Spent more money then I was planning on but got quick and easy financing with no interest for a year. Pleased with the cost. If anyone knows about duct cleaning, it’s expensive! Finally having a professional company come out (Stanley Steamer) to clean the duct work. That made the wife happy.
